This is sometimes caused by a poor or busy connection between your computer and your mail server. Try to resend the message. If it still fails, try restarting a new session with your mail server and then resend the message.
Save the eMail inChorus message as a file. Then send the file as an attachment with your email message. (See Working with America Online for an example of this procedure.)
Some versions of Outlook and Outlook Express require an extra set-up step. From the Tools menu, select Options . Then select the Mail tab and click the Advanced MAPI Options button. Click the checkbox for "Send through MAPI Compose Message Dialog" and click OK .
